JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 342,376 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant was dancer in the orchestra group of the petitioners when both the petitioners wanted to ravish the informant but ultimately petitioner Dilshad in assistance with Poonu and his wife, ravished the informant. The informant has also supported the accusation in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13609 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 six weeks from today in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran.
