The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 25(1B)A/26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession two country-made pistols and two live cartridges were recovered. It appears that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S.
