The petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Goreya Kothi P.S. Case No. 196 of 2018 dated 04.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though according to the learned counsel for the petitioner the cause of death is ventricle failure in natural course but for reasons unknown to the petitioner, he has became accused in this case.

He further submits that the post-mortem report as well as the viscera report support his contention. However, in view of the accusation in the FIR, I

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, all the grounds pressed here shall be taken into consideration and an order shall be passed in correct perspective without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition on his behalf has not been entertained.
