2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 397 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 337, 338, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused Virendra Yadav started abusing and assaulting the informant's husband with stones. Thereafter the petitioner and the co-accused Raju Lala took out pistol from their waists and fired on the husband of the informant. He was brought to the Sadar Hospital for treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has six criminal antecedents. In four cases, he is on bail and in one case he has been acquitted by the learned court below and rest in one case, his bail petition was rejected by the learned court below. as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the informant and several disputes with respect to the partition of the house and agricultural land are going on between them. From the impugned order, it appears that the informant's husband sustained simple injury on his person caused by hard and blunt substance. He has been remanded in the present case from Harnaut P.S. Case No. 243/2023 on 01.07.2023 and since then he is in custody.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 397 of
