JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents- District Magistrate for grant of modified ACP (MACP) in Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- in Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800/- as first ACP, after completion of 10 years of service on the post of Panchayat Secretary, the same is not being given to the petitioner in spite of completion of 10 years of service on 9th March 2009 taking into

The Panchayat Secretaries whose names stand from sl.no. 28 to 53 have been granted grade pay of Rs.4200/- from the date of completion of 10 years of service, for which representation filed by the petitioner is pending before the District Authorities."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
