The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 379 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the alleged incident is said to have taken place on 19.03.2015, but the first information report was instituted on 09.03.2016, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named
