Petitioner is accused in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is that petitioner along with two others named in the F.I.R. and two unknown surrounded the informant Chunnu Sah and caused fire arm injury and also injury by knife and rod due to earlier dispute in business. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, the petitioner and the informant are resident of same house in rent and due to grudge and dispute in business, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 20.07.2015. Further, submission is that while the occurrence is said to be of 20.11.2014, but the fardbeyan of the informant was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2015 of 2016 (3) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 recorded on 06.12.2014, after 15 days of the occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.
