JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-03-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51224 of 2015 by a co-ordinate of this Court. The matter has been placed before this Court in view of the administrative order of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice dated 29.02.2016 since the concerned Bench is not available due to medical exigency. The modification has been sought to the extent that in the last portion it should be "Ms. Rashmi Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa" instead of "Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif" and for extending the period of surrender.

On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let in the last portion of the order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51224 of 2015 be read as "Ms. Rashmi Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa" instead of "Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2876 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda, Biharsharif" and the period of surrender is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015.

The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
