The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter was referred to mediation centre. The petitioners agreed and the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The report of the mediation centre is at 'FlagB'. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the matter has already been resolved, the petitioners above named, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45528 of 2014 (6) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
