In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1489 of 2016/ Trial No.1317 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioners had purchased a land on 13.01.2016 from one Dhirendra Gajadhar, whereas, the complainant had purchased the same land from the father of said Dhirendra Gajadhar in the year 1963.

No.26972 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case and also the fact that basically it is a civil dispute, let the abovenamed petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No.1489 of 2016/Trial No.1317 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
