2. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner committed murder of the daughter of the informant.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 05.12.2022 and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have falsely been

The petitioner No.1 is mother-inlaw, petitioner No.2 is father-in-law and petitioner No.3 is brother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. They have got no concern with the alleged incident. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.31058 of 2023 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/concerned Court in connection with S.Tr. No.632 of 2023 arising out of Bodhgaya P.S. case No.831 of 2022. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
