The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended in connection with some other case and confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded in that case wherein petitioner admitted his involvement in this case also.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on Test Identification Parade during investigation. He is in custody since 22.10.2018.

Case No.111 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
