2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that father of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 sold 3.25 Katthas of land which was in the share of informant on 06.05.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are sons and petitioner No.3 is the grandson of Umesh Prasad Singh who is alleged to have sold

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61854 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 3.25 Katthas of land of joint property. He further submits that petitioners are neither purchasers nor identifiers nor witnesses to the sale-deed. The dispute is with regard to sale and purchase of land, which is fundamentally civil in nature. Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 have claimed clean antecedent and petitioner No.3 has only one antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of dispute, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 949 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
