====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for setting aside the order as contained in Memo No.523 dated 26.09.2014 passed by the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah by which he issued a punishment order against the petitioner of withholding of two increment with non accumulative effect and further order that same will be entered into his service book."

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19813 of 2014(3) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 competent authority under Bihar CCA Rules, 2005, within a period of 45 days.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
