The petitioner seeks bail in Kasim Bazar P.S. case No. 111/2019 registered under Section 392 of the IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner and other accused persons surfaced in the case in paragraph 14 of the case diary from the spy of the police. The petitioner was apprehended and he is said to have confessed his guilt but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2019 and he has already remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57533 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. case No. 111/2019.
