JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot but only Rs. 22740/- is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and according to prosecution case itself, no fire-arm had been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 04-08-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
