The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 458, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioner variously armed with entered into the house of the informant, outraged modesty of wife and sister-in-law of the informant and resorted fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to political vendetta the present F.I.R. has been lodged. A statement has been made in paragraph 6 of the petition that none received any injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15366 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S.
