The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018 dated 07.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 324, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For the reasons of delay in lodging the FIR (the occurrence took place on 22.08.2018 but the case was registered on 07.09.2018) and general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners as also taking into account their fare antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79934 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
