Similar issue was decided by this Court in CWJC No. 7322 of 2017 vide order dated 11.4.2018. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid order.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 11.4.2018 passed in CWJC No. 7322 of 2017 at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from

Patna High Court CWJC No.17762 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner if his case is found similar to the case of the petitioner of CWJC No. 7322 of 2017.
