The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is very old and illiterate person. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that on perusal of records, it appears that search and seizure have been made in absence of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
