Petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.64 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held.

It is alleged that petitioner was arrested for theft of mobile in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 and remanded to jail in that case on 02.02.2018. Thereafter, he has been implicated in this case on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
