Respondent/s ====================================================== For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ram Janam Maharaj For the Respondent/s : Mr. Gp3- Santosh Kumar Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has questioned a communication, dated 11.09.2009, issued by the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, whereby a family pension has been revised. It is very difficult to decipher from the pleadings on record as to what actually the grievance of the petitioner is. On going through the pleadings on record, I do not find any genuine grievance having been raised making out a case for issuance of any writ by this Court in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
