ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
Considering that the present occurrence took place with a view to putting pressure upon the informant to compromise the earlier case, instituted by his father, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioners are directed to immediately surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15439 of 2015 (2) dt.27-05-2015 2/2 before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioners. (Anjana Prakash, J.) Vats/- U T
