Although, petitioner is not named in the first information report but one eye witness claimed to have identified the petitioner in Test Identification Parade. Therefore, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 01 of 2014 arising out of Jamalpur Rail P.S. Case No. 37 of 2013 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai stands rejected.
