The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018 (Session Trial No. 140 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner and the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature.
