There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the opposite parties has informed this Court, however, that this Court's order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.2260 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 10.08.2021, violation of which is being alleged in the present contempt application, has been complied with. The Court's attention has been drawn to Annexure-B to the show cause reply filed on behalf of the opposite parties No. 2 and 3. The operative part of the order dated 10.08.2021 reads thus:- "In view of the stand taken on behalf of the State of Bihar, this application is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners shall have liberty to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee. If they approach the Grievance Redressal Committee within two weeks from today, it is expected that the said Committee shall consider the petitioners' grievance in accordance with law and dispose it of within the time stipulated by the Department. This writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions."

Upon perusal of Annexure-B to the show cause reply, it is noticed that in compliance of the said order dated 10.08.2021, the petitioner's grievance has been considered. In such view of the matter, this application stands disposed of.
