The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 272 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The police, on secret information, raided the house of Lalan Singh and apprehended Akshya Mehta and Binod Kumar. The apprehended accused disclosed that they are the salesmen of the petitioners. It is submitted that Kanti Devi, mother of petitioner no. 2 Pankaj Gupta, is the licensee of country-made liquor as well as foreign liquor and the petitioners no. 1 and 3 are the partners. They had stored liquor in the house of Lalan Singh. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

No.15196 of 2015 (2) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Amba P.S.
