Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 337, 341, 353, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the Medical Officer, PHC, Minapur that petitioner along with his son Raj Paswan came for treatment as son of the petitioner was under convulsion. The informant requested the petitioner to take the patient to S.K.M.C.H but the petitioner insisted for being treated at P.H.C and thereafter the doctor, medical assistants, A.N.M were assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In view of this Court, it is a case for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46749 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 consideration of regular bail. Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 382 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
