JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named, but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that the name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Md. Wakil and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent, but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that having similar allegation, some coaccused have been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
