In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage was solemnized three years ago and right from the beginning, the accused persons were demanding motorcycle in dowry and she was tortured for the same and ultimately she was killed. It appears that the deceased lady was died due to burn injury.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail
