2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 66/66(B)/66(c)/66(D) of the I.T. Act and also Sections 302(2)/303(3)/318(2)/318(4)/ 319(2)/336(2)/336(3)/340(2)/61(2) of the BNS.
3. As per F.I.R., on a secret information that in the name of providing loan through mobile phone, the innocent persons are being cheated, a raid was conducted by the police and the police saw 15-20 persons in a group who tried to escape after seeing the police amongst whom four were arrested on the spot who disclosed the name of the this petitioner and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. He submits that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent and is accused in a case registered under Sections 417/420/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
