Petitioners are in custody in connection with Piparasi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 for the offence under sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the fact that petitioners have been made accused in the instant case only on the ground of suspicion as no one has seen the occurrence and on consideration of the fact the coordinate bench of this court has granted bail to Kanhaiya Bin, Rajesh Bin and Munna Bin in Cr. Misc. No. 22040 of 2018 vide order dated 22.05.2018 and other co-accused has also been granted bail, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77321 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha (West Champaran), in connection with Piprasi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017.
