Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the 03.03.2015.

State.

Petitioner along with two others took the son of the informant from his house in the evening, whereafter the dead body was recovered in the morning.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. His prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected. Charge having already been framed, let the trial court (A.D.J.- IVth, Bhagalpur) expedite the trial (Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 253/13, S.T. No. 341/14) as petitioner is in jail custody for more than one year.
