JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Special Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15332 of 2015, this
