This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Criminal Misc. No.19959 of 2017, which had been filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No.21 of 2016, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria, and which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 03.11.2017 passed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, Criminal Misc. No.19959 of 2017 is restored to its original file and number.
