1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 303 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 11.08.2023, 31.08.2023 and 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 49194 of 2023, 57356 of 2023 and 62920 of 2023 respectively.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63473 of 2023(3) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge Excise-1, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 303 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
