On account of having been committed dowry death of Rekha Devi at her Sasural, her father Rajnath Sah filed written report putting an allegation against the son-in-law as well as also against the petitioner, mother-in-law and Rani Kumari. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that it happens to be a usual phenomenon whereunder all the family members are implicated even having their separate mess and business. On that very score the husband of petitioner along with her daughter-in-law Rani Kumari had already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.27849 of 2014 (Annexure-3). It has further been submitted that petitioner happens to be under custody since 28.08.2014.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48061 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Prosecutor opposed the prayer and submitted that there happens to be allegation against the petitioner along with Rani Kumari also. As such, petitioner Sumitra Devi @ Sumitr Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. Xth, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.144 of 2014.
