The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017, registered under Sections 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

The accusation is that in the morning of 26.01.2017 informant Kaushal Kishore Choudhary moved from his house for personal work. In the meanwhile, due to previous dispute of path, the petitioner came to him and started abusing and fired through pistol, but the same was not hit to him and the informant anyhow succeeded to escape from the place of occurrence. No.26218 of 2017 (4) dt.08-09-2017 2/2 case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner and also the fact that petitioner has criminal antecedent as detailed in para 3 of the petition, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
