The Petitioners seek cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 to 4 by the order dated 9.7.2014 passed by a Bench of this Court, since it is submitted that they did not comply with the directions of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. 14632 of 2014.

However, I find that there is no indication in the entire petition as to whether the bail bonds were accepted by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18630 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 Court below despite the fact that the Petitioner has not adhered to condition imposed by this Court.

Hence, find no merit in the application, the same is rejected.
