1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 55F of 2022 registered under Sections 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990 and Sections 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Neither the petitioner is owner of the alleged Ara Mill nor he has claimed anything with regard to the said Ara Mill. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63366 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Forest Case No. 55F of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
