Mr.Ahmad Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 575 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is Dewar of the victim. He further submits that the father-in-law of the victim, against whom similar allegation was levelled, has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.02.2018 in Cr. Misc. 222 of 2018. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.05.2018. He further submits that the husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the fact that the father-in-law of the

No.1463 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 victim has already been granted bail and the husband is already in custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-SubJudge-XV, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 575 of 2017.
