The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
From the house of the petitioner four litres country made liquor and some empty bottles were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the recovery has been made from the joint family house. Considering the quantity of recovery, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3485 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 81 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
