JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 Having regard to the limited scope of contempt jurisdiction, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the matter. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the order contained in Memo No. 4157 dated 28.02.2018 passed by the Chairman, Sanskrit Shiksha Board in purported compliance of the direction issued by this Court in the instant case, in appropriate proceedings.
