The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Itadhi P.S Case No. 60 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 379, 354 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. For land dispute, there is general and omnibus allegation of firing against the petitioners. Specific allegation is against Satyendra Mishra, there is allegation that he assaulted Anpurna Devi, wife of the informant and he snatched her ear-ring. Submission is of false implication and that the
