2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 15.07.2019 passed by the Learned Court of C.J.M. Nalanda in Harnaut P.S. Case No. 130/2016 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 406/409/419/420/467/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that considering the fact that entire work was completed. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

4. In my view, it is not a ground for quashing the cognizance order. The FIR as well as the annexures shows that a number of beneficiaries have not been provided the amount to which they are entitled.
5. In my view, the cognizance order need no interference.
6. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petitions is dismissed.
7. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
