Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the I.P.C.

The informant alleged that the petitioners misappropriated Rs. 43,000/- of V.P. Money Order from Post Office.

It is submitted that the petitioners are the postmen. They did not misappropriate any money. The petitioners deposited the amount in the Post office.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail.
