The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case under sections 147,149,341,342 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners submit that the dispute arose on construction of a Mosque on the registered land of the Waqf Board. Petitioner no. 1 is even a duly appointed Mutawali of the said Waqf. Further one of the co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a bench of this court.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let all the petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16805 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K.Hat(Sahayak) Police station Case No. 461 of 2014.
