In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation, large number of persons have assembled and mercilessly assaulted the family members of the Informant and also opened fire.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they were the members of mob and there is no specific allegation against them.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26826 of 2017 (3) dt.18-08-2017 case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Lakhinder Yadav and Rajy Yadav respectively.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 2 & 3, above named, is rejected. As the petitioner no.1 is lady, let the petitioner, no.1, namely, Meena Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
