Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 30(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, registered in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S.Case No. 403 of 2021.

As per allegation, two pouches of 200 ml each of liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner and his criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S.Case No. 403 of 2021.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
