The allegation against the petitioners is that they had enticed or taken away about 16 year old daughter of the informant. During the course of hearing of the petition, a copy of the statement of victim Amrita Devi, daughter of the informant Madhukan Sahani was produced before me in which the lady had stated that her parents had negotiated marrying the lady of to another man but she chose to get married to accused Sandip Kumar out of her own free will and that she wanted to continue living with her husband.

Regard being had to the statements of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let petitioners above named be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17164 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 directed to be released either in the event of their arrest by the police or surrender in the court below in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015, pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahna at Motihari, East Champaran on execution of bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the above court subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
